The Ministry of People's Power for Health published Resolution N°137/2021 which establishes the requirements for the labeling of foods for human consumption that contain sugar, saturated fats and trans fats.
This resolution complement the FOP labelling for sodium approved in 2021 and that will be effective in January 2023.

These FOP labelling requirements will be effective on 7 December 2024.
It is worth mentioning that no notification was made by the Venezuelan government, to the WTO, nor any publication on the official website of the Ministry of Health or the SARCS (the sanitary authority). The same thing happened with the resolution for the FOP labelling of sodium in 2020.
